Leuk dat je je gaat aanmelden voor de 'Purple Introductieweek' van de opleiding Fysiotherapie aan Fontys Paramedische Hogeschool in Eindhoven! Voor je inschrijving hebben we onderstaande gegevens van je nodig. Deze gegevens gebruiken we alleen voor de introductieweek.
Tijdens deze introductie maak je kennis met je medestudenten, een aantal docenten van de opleiding, de studentenstad Eindhoven en de studentenvereniging!
Reserveer alvast 22 t/m 26 augustus 2022 in je agenda!
De kosten voor deze introductie (inclusief overnachtingen en gemeenschappelijke maaltijden) bedragen €95,- pp.
Vul onderstaande velden in en klik tot slot op de knop "VERDER" onderaan dit formulier.
Daarna krijg je, jouw ingevulde informatie te zien en moet je onderaan die pagina op "versturen" klikken. Je krijgt dan toegang tot de IDEAL betaal-link.

During this introduction you will get to know your fellow students, a number of lecturers from the study programme, the student city of Eindhoven and the student association!
The cost for this introduction (including overnight stays and common meals) is €95,- pp.
