• First, confirm your digital authorization in Studielink.

• After receiving this application, Fontys University of Applied Sciences will send an invoice to your employer by email. You will get a copy at both your Fontys email and your correspondence email address in Studielink. The invoice will include the information you provided.

• Forward the invoice to the correct department at your employer.

• You are responsible for making sure the tuition fees are paid on time. If your employer does not pay on time, you will get reminders and warnings. If payment is still not made, your details will be sent to a collection agency.

• The tuition fee is based on the information Fontys University of Applied Sciences has now. Fontys can change the tuition fee if new information (like a change in the law) requires it. You can see your current tuition fee rate in Studielink.
